Nextjs+Sanity: DangerouslySetInnerHtml -> isnt that dangerous?

hi there,

why do we need to use “DangerouslySetInnerHtml” ?
in the NextJs App we build with MongoDB we did not have to use it?
is there a workaround to not having to use this? i belive it opens up vulnerabilities?
