Front-end Security

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Amazona Next.js project on YouTube. I noticed that we are performing calculations such as the totalPrice, shippingPrice, etc. on the frontend. Since the JavaScript is exposed on the frontend, wouldn’t this leave the calculations vulnerable to a hacker that could manipulate the numbers being charged?
